These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Next CFO platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, or uploading unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
You are responsible for the content you submit (including job postings, applications, resumes, and messages). You represent that you have the rights to provide such content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We may send transactional communications related to authentication, account security, and operation of the Service. Marketing communications are optional where presented.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next CFO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
